We have developed several different applications for estate agents around the Midlands. These have ranged from simple Mailing applications, allowing the users to print off sales details and labels linking to a client database. To much larger applications storing all property / vendor, client, purchaser and solicitors details. Using this information the software can: -

• Match clients to vendors and vice versa.
• Print all documents relating to a sale including offer letters, memorandum of sale and invoices.
• Print or Email Sales details or send a brief description via the SMS text messaging service.
• Generate over ten reports including a report detailing the number of vendors signed on within a certain time period or the number of clients added by a selected negotiator.

Applications such as these can be standalone, linked around a LAN (Internal office network) or across WAN (Linking branches via a Broadband connection).
